here's a little update to my original graph-as you can see it's almost winter here...
I would love a Thermocron BTW Sarah, if there is still one going...nicer than my little Excel-job here.
On that topic-come all the way to Siberia and still can't escape the dreaded spreadies!

Thermocrons are one of a wide range of Maxim iButton devices.
In particular, you'll want one or more of the things themselves, plus the starter kit which comes with one thermocron device, plus the interface and software to hook it up to your USB-equipped Windows PC and extract the data.
Thanks for that Al; I have just noticed that these nifty little gadgets don't go below -40 though...
